The TPLG Sampler Range

The FALCON:

The latest addition to the TPLG range, the FALCON model was created to combine robustness and reliability.

Easy to install and operate, it suits all types of vehicles. For an optimal representative sample, the sampler is equipped with a twin-walled probe to allow a core of grain to be taken (core sampling).

The Falcon is offered with a new wireless radio control, allowing sampling to be directed with precision and simplicity.

The COBRA:

The Cobra provides precision, safety, and speed with the added benefit of the coverage of an entire length of the trailer. The Cobra features a carriage that travels along a gantry rail allowing total coverage of a vehicle, meeting the highest international standards (set out in ISO 24333 : 2009).

The head is equipped with a longitudinal drive gearmotor, a swivel drive gearmotor and an up/down drive gear motor all controlled by a variable frequency drive. At the push of the button this is kicked into action enabling for the most representative sample possible with up to 15 individual samples that can be taken out of each load.

PHAETON:

The PHAETON sampler, launched in 2020 and is one of the most efficient samplers of its generation. It has the ability to work on two axes: longitudinal and transverse to guarantee sampling over the entire length and width of the vehicles, so that an entire trailer can be sampled. To respond to the diversity of vehicle sizes, this sampler is adaptable over its entire length: ranging from 12 to 24 meters.

The Phaeton sampling head, equipped with a 1.85kW motor, allows vertical sampling. This guarantees optimal penetration into all types of products. The trolleys, equipped with a 1.5kW motor, ensure smooth and rapid movement of the equipment.

The Phaeton combines performance, reliability, and representativeness is able to sample 8 points in under 3 minutes.
