tom downes - customer support engineer (south)

 

I am part of the customer support team that is responsible for servicing, calibrating and repairing instruments on customer sites or in the office workshop. Another part of my job is to facilitate instrument installations and to provide customer training. These activities are backed up by regular in house and manufacturer training courses.
