Important Information: Replacement Parts For Brabender Equipment
We have been informed by Brabender that spare parts are no longer available for equipment over a certain age. Any equipment which is over 25 years old is no longer supported by the manufacturer and there are no available spare parts. If your equipment is 15 years or older, there may be some spare parts available, but we cannot guarantee availability as once current stock runs out they cannot be replaced.
Calibre can still provide annual services to check the specification of the equipment to ensure accurate results and keep the equipment running as long as possible, however if a part breaks down, we cannot guarantee we can replace it – but we will try our best.
As many of the older Brabender equipment has been updated to new models with technical advances in the industry, there are also great benefits of upgrading your equipment to the latest model to avoid the unwanted situation of an instrument breakdown and unable to source spare parts.
