New Calibre Website Launch!

Its been a few years since our last website launch, so we thought it was the right time for a refresh! We are delighted to bring you a brand new, updated Calibre website that you can use on the go, on your phone, tablet or computer

Our aim is to have an accessible, informative and easy to use website that meets the needs of farmers, researchers, laboratories and in-line quality assurance professionals.

The improved website has been designed with a fresh new look, user-friendly navigation and will be updated with the latest information about the food testing instruments we offer., industry news and Calibre updates. We hope it will make the website a quicker, easier, more interactive and more informative experience for users.

NEW Instrument Spotlight

A new feature on our website will be an instrument spotlight. We will focus on an instrument or testing technique that we feel is beneficial for our customers. With handy hints and tips, getting the most out of your equipment, why we invested in the suppliers brand over all others, and how it can benefit you the most! 

Service & Support

Calibre has always made service and the support we offer our customers the most important aspect of our company since it first founded back in 1988. For this reason, we want to make it more accessible for our customers to contact the service team with new, interactive service pages. You will now be able to raise support tickets directly through the website, view our FAQ and service support videos, access downloads and see common consumables part numbers so you know exactly what to re-order! 
 

Video Support

Calibre can now offer video support and face-to-face chats using our brand new studio room. If you would like a show around new equipment, live demonstration, or if your an existing customer that would like talking through your instrument, training or procedures, we can now use our video room facilities to react quicker, without the need for a member of the Calibre team to travel down to site.
