Calibre are proud to be hosting the AACCi Methods in Action workshop on 20th October. With AACCi moving to London this year, its the perfect location for us to gather together the main manufacturers that we represent to show method demonstrations during the day of leading AACCi approved instruments for the baking industry.

The workshop will be hosted at London SouthBank University, home of the Bakery School before the annual AACCi conference starting on 21st October.

The day will be filled with live demonstrations from Brabender, C-Cell, Chopin Technologies and Perten Instruments, showcasing AACCi approved instruments as well as recently released technology to aid in your testing processes. Instruments such as the Brabender Farinograph-TS, Chopin MixoLab2, Perten DoughLab and C-Cell Colour will be shown along with many more!
